Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
No. You can leave a key, add the door code to your booking or arrange a key handover. We’ll send you a text message when we’re done.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring a vacuum, cloths and EU-certified cleaning products. If you’d like us to use your products, mention it in the booking notes.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the area and service. Regular cleaning of a 50 m² apartment usually takes 2–3 hours, a deep clean 4–6 hours. Larger homes get two specialists. The calculator shows an estimated duration.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the service, area, condition of the home and extras. The calculator shows an estimate, and we confirm the final price before the cleaning. It never changes without your consent.
Can I change my booking time?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before the start – via the link in your confirmation email or by calling us.
Do you clean at weekends?
Yes. On Saturdays we work at normal prices, on Sundays with a 15% surcharge. You’ll see available times when booking.
Which cities do you work in?
Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda and their surroundings up to 15 km from the city limits. If your city isn’t listed, write to us – we’re expanding.
How does the quality guarantee work?
If you notice something was missed, let us know within 48 hours and send a photo. A specialist will come back and fix it for free.
